COALITION OF ASIAN AMERICANS REIMAGINING JUSTICE IN HEALTHCAREDrawing from the roots of the original Asian American movement, we aim to work in solidarity with our communities and other anti-oppression movements, to strive for healthcare justice.
Our mission is to advance education and knowledge about, and build community with Asian Americans and others to identify institutional and organizational solutions to racism in healthcare.
Education
Healthcare institutions and organizations have limited educational and training content on Asian American issues and experiences, or how to include Asian Americans in overall workplace climate initiatives.
We offer brief educational workshops, in-depth trainings, and curriculum development.
Knowledge
Our goal is to advance research on Asian American healthcare workforce diversity and inclusion, anti-Asian racism in healthcare, and building solidarity networks within healthcare with the goal of transformation for justice.
Community
We are building a community of Asian Americans in Healthcare who have a deep commitment to justice and are seeking a home for mutual support, learning and solidarity.
